HR typically has the connotation of being focused on compliance, discipline, and policies and procedures. While that is certainly a part of the job, it is important to BPI that we build a culture focused on employee engagement and offering an inclusive, challenging, and rewarding team environment. As we continue to evaluate and evolve our processes, we will strive to continue putting people first. The People Operations Department (POPs for short!) helps remind us that people are people and not just "resources" as the term Human Resources implies.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
