BPI is dedicated to our clinicians and much as our learners! We show this dedication in a number of ways.
Throughout our services regions and at our corporate office, we have BCBAs in various leadership roles. After all, we are a BCBA-owned company that believes clinical decisions should be made by clinicians!
Our BCBAs provide behavior-analytic services for our learners in a variety of settings such as home, in-clinic, or at school. BCBAs can also provide supervision to our BTs and practicum students for training hours and mentorship. Newly-certified and seasoned BCBAs alike bring their ABA expertise to our learners to provide excellent support.
Our Clinical Directors are responsible for the oversight of clinical quality and care at their assigned clinic. They support our BCBAs by ensuring the therapy provided maintains its quality and abides by the code of ethics. Clinical Directors may also assist our Clinic Managers with operational concerns and training.
Our Regional Directors supports multiple clinical locations within their region while keeping a small caseload. They work in partnership with clinical and corporate teams to develop quality clinical practices, operational procedures, and add an extra layer of clinical oversight to ensure we provide the best possible services to our clients.
Our Director of Supervised Fieldwork ensures graduate students at BPI meet monthly requirements, complete tasks and receive constructive feedback. The Director's sole goal is to maintain the integrity of the supervised fieldwork program and provide the highest quality supervision for our students on their paths to become BCBAs.
Our Director of Telehealth is responsible for building our telehealth-based program for families at BPI. The Director oversees the telehealth-assigned BCBAs part of the telehealth program while also maintaining their own telehealth caseload. This team strives to provides access to otherwise inaccessible services for families.
Our Director of School Consult oversees the services available to school districts in the community. The Director keeps their own caseload while overseeing the cases of other BCBAs. This team works to provide services in classrooms across several districts that are blending Structured Teaching and the Analysis of Verbal Behavior.
Your input matters here! Our clinicians are ABA experts who we trust to make the most beneficial recommendations for learner hours, goals, setting, and discharge. By supporting our clinical team, we can ensure the best possible guidance for our learners on their journey to progress.
BPI offers more opportunities to grow and enjoy your role, while cutting back on the harmful common practices that traditionally lead to burnout in the ABA field.
We believe in facilitating professional development for our employees to help them stay at the top of their professional game. As a proud member of the Council for Autism Service Providers, our team has access to their free CEU opportunities. We additionally offer up to 24 hours and $750 in CEU reimbursement per year for our BCBAs.
A rigid caseload expectation does not consider the BCBA or the learners they support. We believe caseloads should adjust based on the learners assigned and their required hours. Our caseloads typically consist of 12 learners or less with an average of 200 hours. We have found this provides our BCBAs with a healthier life/work balance.
We recognize that each individual thrives in distinct working environments, often requiring flexibility to accommodate their lives or familial obligations. To provide this accomodation to our BCBAs, we allow them to determine what their workday will look like, whether it starts at the clinic and ends with working from home, or vice versa.
