Why Choose BPI?

BPI is dedicated to our clinicians and much as our learners! We show this dedication in a number of ways.

  • Receive meaningful support and guidance from fellow BCBAs, Clinical and Regional Directors when working through issues that require problem-solving.
  • Strong clinical support and training for BTs to ensure quality services for each client on your caseload.
  • Opportunities to pursue your interests and work in the environments you enjoy such as schools, clinic, or in-home.

Roles for BCBAs at BPI

Throughout our services regions and at our corporate office, we have BCBAs in various leadership roles. After all, we are a BCBA-owned company that believes clinical decisions should be made by clinicians!

Board Certified

Behavior Analyst

Our BCBAs provide behavior-analytic services for our learners in a variety of settings such as home, in-clinic, or at school. BCBAs can also provide supervision to our BTs and practicum students for training hours and mentorship. Newly-certified and seasoned BCBAs alike bring their ABA expertise to our learners to provide excellent support.

Director

Our Clinical Directors are responsible for the oversight of clinical quality and care at their assigned clinic. Offering You More ...

And Less

BPI offers more opportunities to grow and enjoy your role, while cutting back on the harmful common practices that traditionally lead to burnout in the ABA field.

Competitive Annual

CEU Allowance

We believe in facilitating professional development for our employees to help them stay at the top of their professional game. As a proud member of the Council for Autism Service Providers, our team has access to their free CEU opportunities. We additionally offer up to 24 hours and $750 in CEU reimbursement per year for our BCBAs.

Adaptive Caseload for

Life/Work Balance

A rigid caseload expectation does not consider the BCBA or the learners they support. We believe caseloads should adjust based on the learners assigned and their required hours. Our caseloads typically consist of 12 learners or less with an average of 200 hours. We have found this provides our BCBAs with a healthier life/work balance.

Flexible Work

Arrangements

We recognize that each individual thrives in distinct working environments, often requiring flexibility to accommodate their lives or familial obligations. To provide this accomodation to our BCBAs, we allow them to determine what their workday will look like, whether it starts at the clinic and ends with working from home, or vice versa.
