BPI's Aurora, IL clinic was our first location and remains one of our largest, proudly serving Kane, DuPage, and Will County families with a full range of personalized ABA Therapy services for autistic children. Located along the Eola Road corridor in far east Aurora, our flagship clinic falls within Indian Prairie School District 204. Families needing transportation assistance should contact their school district to ask about available or alternative drop-off options.
Families can access clinic-based ABA therapy, in-home services, school consultation, after-school programming, and BPI’s Apple Academy preschool alternative program. The Aurora clinic supports learners across a range of ages and is especially well suited for older children working on communication, social interaction, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and greater independence.

Apple Academy is a unique alternative to traditional preschool special education. It offers individualized programming and a 1:1 staff ratio to maximize learning opportunities for learners ages 2 to 7.
Apple Academy allows learners to practice school readiness and social skills with peers in an alternative schooling environment.
Apple Too is a center-based afterschool program, providing individualized programming and a 1:1 staff ratio to maximize learning opportunities for learners of all age ranges.
Apple Too provides a place for learners to come together after school and continue working on their individualized goals.
In-home therapy allow us to create individualized programs, schedules, and methods for your family. We always offer extensive parent and family training, so that you feel comfortable continuing to practice skills even when our team isn’t there to guide you.

BPI’s Aurora clinic accepts a variety of commercial insurance and Medicaid plans to help families access ABA therapy for children with autism. Accepted insurance and networks include Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) PPO and HMO, Aetna HMO and PPO, Optum/UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and Cigna HMO and PPO. BPI also accepts Medicaid and is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Health Plan, Molina Healthcare of Illinois, All Kids, and Aetna Better Health of Illinois. For HMO plans, BPI participates with networks including Illinois Health Partners (IHP), DuPage Medical Group (DMG), Advocate Physician Partners, Dreyer Medical Clinic, Edwards Health Partners, Physicians Health Partners of Illinois, and Loyola Physician Partners. Insurance coverage for ABA therapy varies by individual plan and may depend on eligibility, benefits, referrals, and prior authorization requirements.
