School Consultations Services
As experts in the field of behavior with vast experience in the classroom, we understand the unique challenges educators face. We work collaboratively with schools using evidence-based strategies for student growth and success. We provide solutions for learners, teachers, classrooms, schools and districts through individualized consultation. Our goal is to build skills within the district to provide autonomy in implementation.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with schools and families to ensure that high quality, research based strategies are utilized for student growth and success. We provide support, identify needs, customize solutions, and provide opportunities for training. We individualize all programming to fit the needs of the student, teacher, classroom, school or district. Our objective is to build skills within the district, allowing autonomy in implementation, but consultation and training is always available. All of our training's are rooted in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and research, and are conducted in easy-to-understand terms to ensure ease of implementation.

Meet Dr. Marrea Winnega, Director of School Consultation!
Dr. Winnega, a renowned clinical psychologist, specializes in autism spectrum disorder, developmental psychology, and behavior analysis. Dr. Winnega’s rich experience includes her work in the field of autism and school consultation for over 25 years.
She has held Assistant Professor positions at the University of Chicago and the University of Illinois at Chicago and has conducted numerous workshops on autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Winnega will continue to consult with schools and agencies serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder in addition to educational identification of students with autism.
Dr. Winnega is developing classrooms in several districts that are blending Structured Teaching and the Analysis of Verbal Behavior. She also conducts workshops and in-service training and performs independent evaluations.
